The GeoJSON contents are unmodified; the .txt extension is for the existing
static asset allowlist. Coordinates are WGS84 longitude, latitude.

The publisher's README allows free reuse of the original and processed data
with attribution to the National Spatial Data Infrastructure Portal and Public
Data Portal. Attribution: 국가공간정보포털(V-World), 공공데이터포털,

This is a reference boundary snapshot, not current legal boundaries, a store
address or a distance measurement. Users must confirm or correct the suggested
region. Incheon suggestions are province-only due to district reorganization.
Uncertain boundary matches fall back to manual selection. No coordinates are
sent to HOTKER servers or third-party geocoding APIs by this implementation.
